This Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy") governs the use of the Beswib platform, services, and applications (the "Platform"). It is an integral part of our Terms of Service. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Policy without reservation.
1. Introduction
Beswib was created to provide a safe, transparent, and reliable environment for buying and reselling sports race bibs. Any use of the Platform for purposes other than its intended use is strictly prohibited.
2. Strictly Prohibited Activities
2.1. Illegal, Fraudulent, and Deceptive Activities
- Fraud: To post, sell, or attempt to sell bibs that you do not own, or that are counterfeit, stolen, invalid, or have already been used.

- Money Laundering: To use the Platform to engage in money laundering activities or to finance illegal activities.
2.2. Platform and Data Integrity
- System Circumvention: To attempt to complete a transaction with another user outside of the Beswib Platform in order to avoid paying service fees. Any communication encouraging an external transaction is prohibited.

- Interference: To introduce viruses, Trojan horses, or any other malicious code intended to damage, intercept, or interfere with the operation of the Platform or user data.
- Unauthorized Access: To use robots, spiders, scrapers, or any other automated means to access the Platform, collect data, or interact with the services without our prior written permission.
- System Overload: To take any action that imposes or may impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our technical infrastructure.
2.3. Prohibited Content and Listings
- Unauthorized Products: To list for sale any item other than official and transferable bibs for sporting events. The sale of merchandise, equipment, coaching services, or any other product is prohibited.
- Violation of Race Regulations: To sell a bib in direct violation of the terms and conditions of the race organizer, particularly if the resale or transfer of bibs is explicitly prohibited by the organizer. The seller is solely responsible for ensuring that the transfer is authorized.

- Abuse of Customer Support: To send abusive, repetitive, or unfounded requests to our customer support team.
- Violation of Privacy: To collect or disclose personal information about other users without their explicit consent.
